This floor was designed to graciously support a combined group of executives from this holding company with the leaders of the principal company in their portfolio. The highest quality of materials and the most refined level of detailing were pursued throughout the floor.
Glass walls and open workstations promote the open communication and easy collaboration the client wished to promote. Hidden and remote sources of lighting wash the high ceilings to create a sense of “glowing from within” for maximum visual comfort while extensive controls allow the continuous shaping of moods and environment. Classic modern furniture and signature focal lighting fixtures create the highest sense of upscale comfort. An extensive art collection was integrated in the plan; the pieces make important contributions to an overall atmosphere of cultured refinement.
