  TRANSFORMING YOUR SURROUNDINGS 

This recently-completed two floor build-out for a young dynamic quantitative trading firm incorporated a state of the art data center with an unusual, highly egalitarian work space.

 

Communal spaces (large lunchroom with full cooking kitchen, think tank, play tank, exercise room (with lockers and showers), nap rooms, and a number of informal break-out spaces created with a low-attitude, high-energy space. A wide variety of unusual materials and applications, which balanced the “highly refined” with the “intentionally raw,” helped to create this playful and unique office. A single style of low workstation was deployed throughout in ways that allowed all to share in the dramatic views— fully embodying this egalitarian workplace.
