For Broadway Partners, G3 created a new “old world” look for this 1960s upper midtown office building. Intended as the premier location for hedge fund and other private equity firms, the facility was given a comprehensive redesign throughout all common areas to recapture the spirit of a turn-of-the-19th-century private club.

 

 Custom full height marble panels, extensive wood work, solid bronze entry doors, and classical detailing were applied not only to the building lobby but also to the elevator cabs, public corridors, and restrooms.
