G3 worked closely with Rivington Company and Capricorn Retail Advisors to create renderings to redevelop the abandoned Ulmer Brewery factory into a mixed use building including a market, coffee shop, eatery, pilates, flower shop with residential above. The goal was to update the exterior but still provide a nod to the past by refurbishing existing elements.
Down the vaulted sub-cellars of the building, we imagined a live music venue in the double height space with a more intimate bar/lounge in the smaller, vaulted spaces. We love putting our creativity to the test to come up with something new and exciting!
