Erica is greatly involved in every aspect and level of the design process, from conceptualizing the design, and developing logical and efficient space plans, to the selection of timeless and appropriate interior finishes/furniture to suit the client’s brand image. As Design Director, Erica creates dynamic work environments, ensures project schedules and budgets are met, and coordinates with the construction team to guarantee the integrity of the design. Her creativity, accuracy and diversified skill-set put her clients at ease throughout the project process. Erica is also a big believer in “Green Design” and consciously specifies sustainable materials, products and methods as common practice. She is currently working towards achieving Fitwel Ambassadorship.
