As a professionally trained and licensed architect, fine artist, and designer, Paula became an invaluable member of the G3 team when she joined in 2007. She focuses on the creative vision and technical elements of architectural interiors, emphasizing the importance of both to achieve compelling spaces.

Understanding that conceptual design is best produced through collaboration, she applies a community perspective to her leadership role, involving all of her team members in the design process.  Her aptitude for listening attentively to and communicating openly with clients builds their confidence and comfortability with all project phases from the initial planning through the final move-in. This is made evident by the many long lasting client relationships she has established over several years across the country.
