G3 was brought in as co-architect of record for the public areas when production efforts for this signature hotel project fell behind. Within a 4-week period, we were able to develop a plan, oversee its implementation and crunch through the contract documents for these ornate spaces.

 

The complicated nature of this project due to the designers' unique vision required the technical expertise G3 brought to the table, with our development of several specialized details enabling it to be constructed in accordance with the design.
