G3 Architects worked in association with Woods Bagot as the architect of record for the new Baccarat Hotel designed by Paris-based Gilles & Boissier. The project is located on West 53rd Street opposite the Museum of Modern Art.

 

G3 developed a project plan to complete the contract documents for the project, including the overall plan development, execution oversight, and assistance in the completion of the construction documents. The complexity and uniqueness of the French designers’ creations required G3’s technical expertise at many levels.
