Central Reach is a software company developing clinical support software for medical practitioners, focusing on improving the quality and standard of care across the profession. G3 provided architectural services for the new Central Reach space at Bell Works in Holmdel, New Jersey. Designed by Paola Zamudio and NPZ+ Studio, the space planning responds directly to Central Reach’s hybrid work model where employees may select a desk on a daily basis but are not assigned a permanent seat. Bench-style workstations are supported by large open collaborative areas as well as conference and huddle rooms for private meetings. A communal pantry area functions as the hub of the office and provides gathering space for all-hands company meetings.
