Bell Works’ brokerage team had identified multiple small tenants who could enliven the historic first floor atrium, but did not have the resources or time to build out their own purpose-built space. To that end, G3 worked closely with the brokerage and construction groups to determine the needs of small businesses and designed a space featuring flexible lighting, ample power and services as a way for niche tenants to establish themselves in the Bell Works community.
The space has since been used by a home décor shop, a florist, a men’s suiting and tailoring service, and an artist’s studio and gallery.
