Helmed by Chef Richard Corbo and his wife Chantelle, Corbo & Sons features fresh, local Italian fare centered around pizza and pasta. Chantelle and Richard envisioned a welcoming, casual neighborhood restaurant concept; modeled on New York City staples La Pecora Bianca and The Standard Grill. Before the renovation, the previous restaurant was a struggling strip mall pizzeria with dated décor that was divided into two separate areas for lunch and dinner services. G3’s work included combining the two separate dining rooms into one large, open room with new lighting and finishes as well as a new espresso bar and dining counter.

Specific design considerations for takeout order pickup as well as waitstaff circulation were considered in the layout. The fit-out was budget-conscious but still maintained a high end look at completion. The restaurant has become a neighborhood favorite since its opening.
