G3 has provided services for Tishman Speyer at several of their properties in the Northeast. In Connecticut, our services for these two assets varied.


For Greenwich American Center, we developed a cost conscious upgrade of the terrace level elevator lobbies and the public corridors befitting this iconic modern suburban office complex. The main corridor, which connects the widespread elevator lobbies, provides access to the building cafeteria (identified by the red wall) midway along its 400-foot length. This cosmetic solution involving a striking monochromatic color scheme in combination with minimal ceiling drops, pilasters, and accent lighting both modulates and enlivens these extraordinarily long spaces.
