HAVANA CLUB

MIAMI, FL

This project was developed as the reinterpretation of a classic Cuban cigar club within Miami’s signature office tower at 200 South Biscayne Boulevard.

Careful integration of new smoke eliminators within the existing retained ceiling, redevelopment of the kitchen facilities, and restoration and furnishing of the entire floor all occurred within a three month period, allowing a holiday season opening attended by local dignitaries and sports stars.
