LifeCell is a regenerative medical company who specializes in tissue restoration and replacement. The project scope of work included selective demolition and interior construction in roughly 85,000 square feet of the existing building.

 

The construction included installation of new executive and general offices, open office space, new shower facility, and 15,000 square feet of new laboratories. G3 was also engaged in remodeling of the reception area, restroom and cafeteria. Architectural services provided to LifeCell were programming & space planning, test fits, design development, architectural contract documents, cafeteria vendor selection, furniture specification and project management.
