G3 was asked to develop a Beta Site for a new division of this national Financial Services Firm in Norwalk, CT. Our services included program verification, planning studies and full design services, as well as some decorative accessories. The design team was charged with working with a foundation of established corporate standards but with modifications to allow this new division to express their focus on the travel industry. They also wanted to have an architectural nod to the “waterfront warehouse” vernacular of the surrounding neighborhood.

 

The resulting design employs elements of industrial flavor with a sophisticated finish palette, keeping in mind acoustical concerns for an open office environment.
