G3 was approached by landlord Mountain Development to help improve their lobby at One Harmon Plaza in Secaucus. We developed a pleasing material pallet to complement existing colors, adding feature elements such as the striped accent walls and new pendent light fixtures.

 

We also incorporated new building amenities (conference center, café and fitness center) to both augment the experience of existing tenants as well as lure new potential clientele. The design also provided for two collaboration areas in the lobby, with colorful lounge furniture, along with a large conference room with a movable partition.
