Jim brings 20 years of experience in the design and implementation of building envelope restoration to every project he is involved in. The projects he has managed have ranged in size, type, and scope, requiring detailed historic preservation measures, re-skinning and replication of entire building facades, and the reconstruction of whole building areas. He is well versed in the process of determining design criteria, preparing Construction Documents, cost estimates, feasibility analysis, and the performance of all levels of project management and construction administration. His specialized skills include building and façade inspections, building condition assessments, construction detailing and coordination, MEP systems coordination, and value engineering studies.
