His skill set includes site review and assessment, cost estimating, scheduling and contractor negotiations. With these disciplines being honed through his hands-on approach, Tom adeptly facilitates project coordination between the clients, contractors, and engineers. He has overseen various types of projects including warehouse and distribution properties, corporate and not-for-profit interiors, and sports and entertainment complexes. As Technical Director, Tom’s guidance with building code adherence and creation of architectural and finish specification details provides the crucial foundation for all projects.
