The new 20,000 SF Schimenti Construction Company office redefines the suburban office environment. The design creates visually distinct work neighborhoods shaped by the selection of the finishes, color and materials. Each neighborhood draws inspiration from a pallet of natural elements. Wood, Stone, and Metal themes are used to create unique and identifiable work zones.
The space seamlessly blends both open work areas, collaboration zones, meeting rooms, and private offices to accommodate the various needs of each team. While making extensive use of leading-edge lighting and acoustical treatments to unify the space, G3 created an inspirational and dynamic workplace. In addition, the design integrates video display technology throughout, along with an expansive and inviting café/dining area which injects energy and richness to the workplace.
